Here is what you can expect:
– Some facts and statistics around mental health and suicide; opening up into discussions with you lovely lot in the comment section.
– An insight into The Samaritans and the incredible work that they do, including ways that you can get in touch with them.
– A giveaway! You read that right! There will be a giveaway for one lucky participant; all you have to do to be in a chance of winning, is come and say hello and take part in the conversation! All participants will go into a prize draw after the event.
We felt this would be a nice way to break some of the stigma surrounding mental health as well as sharing some personal experiences and answering your questions!
Be on the look out for the question box in our stories prior to the event; where you can leave us some questions to answer! You can also use the comments during the live stream should you have any questions relating to our discussions!
