I really loved this debut thriller by Kate Gray and I cannot wait to read her latest thriller: The Summer Party, later this year. Before writing thrillers, Kate was a romance author who wrote under the name of Katy Colins – So you may have read some of her work before without even knowing it!
The Honeymoon had me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end, with lovable and intriguing characters, all of which are keeping some very big secrets…

The Storyline:
On honeymoon in Bali, Erin and Jamie hit it off with another newlywed couple, Sophia and Mark, and celebrate their last night at a fancy cliff-side restaurant.
Things seemed to be going fairly well… until the evening came to an end with a dead body. But it was an accident, right? A tragic accident.
When Erin and Jamie return back to England, they try to forget the tragic end to their honeymoon and ease themselves back into their normal day-to-day lives. However this becomes trickier than they anticipated, when the news breaks out about the body being found at their honeymoon resort.
When Sophia, a well-known crime reporter, catches this news, she just cannot help but dig into the case to uncover the truth… but with her own secrets in tow, is this really a wise decision?
