I am have just finished chapter 9 of this book (approximately 35% of the way through) Here are my thoughts so far – Don’t worry; this post is spoiler free!
The opening line to this book was one that instantly gripped my attention; ‘I hear the crack of his skull before the spattering of blood reaches me.’
This really sets the scene for the rest of the book.
So far, the pages have been filled with mystery, excitement and a little bit of smut, keeping the reader on their toes and wanting to know more! I have just started to reach the creepier sections of this book, the type of scenes that make your thoughts travel through your brain at a million miles an hour as various different theories flash in and our of sight.
I am excited to continue reading this one, I have a feeling I will finish this quite quickly!
